The Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm

Using the principles of the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm, SLU recognizes that education starts from the personal context of the individual, takes into account personal and communal experience, reflects on the meaning of those experiences, creates an action plan as to how to best address the needs as a result of the reflection, and concludes by evaluating and discerning how to best serve a higher purpose and a greater good.
