New Student Move-in Cheat Sheet
Welcome to campus, Billikens! Move-in is here and we're here to help make it as smooth as possible.
First-year SLU students and transfers will move in on Aug. 15, 2025. Returning SLU students will move back to campus on Aug. 16 and 17, 2025.
When You Arrive
- You should have been assigned a move-in time when you received your housing assignment in July.
- Please do not arrive earlier than your assigned time to ensure the move-in process is as seamless as process.
- You will need your SLU ID to check into your residence hall. If you don't have your ID, you must go to Parking and Card Services to pick it up before you begin your check-in process.
- You'll have 30 minutes to unload your belongings in the designated zones near your residence hall.
- After unloading, you'll be required to relocate your car to the appropriate parking location.

Oriflamme is a group of student leaders that welcomes new students to campus and helps them transition to college life.
